I’m gonna help you throw that out right now with this 10 minute workout, because no matter who you are, you have 10 minutes! Oh wait, you can’t get to the gym or don’t have weights at home? Don’t worry, I’ve got you, because you can do these moves anywhere!
10 Minute Workout (2 Rounds)
30 Sec. Body Weight Squats
30 Sec. Reverse Lunge to High Knee Drive (Left Leg)
30 Sec. Reverse Lunge to High Knee Drive (Right Leg)
60 Sec. Plank Jacks
30 Sec. Pushups w/ alt knee tuck
30 Sec. Lateral Lunge to High Knee Drive (Left Leg)
30 Sec. Lateral Lunge to High Knee Drive (Right Leg)
60 Sec. Mountain Climbers
