About Me

Who I Am…

Latreal Mitchell is one of the top Celebrity Fitness Trainer/Health Coaches in the industry. She is the Trainer On Call and Columnists for Good Housekeeping Magazine and the Health & Fitness Ambassador for Proctor & Gamble’s Meta Brand. She has been featured in several fitness magazines, including Self, Shape and Men’s Fitness, highlighting exercise routines and her work with children, adults, and athletes. Latreal competed as a Figure Competitor for five years personally demonstrating how to truly transform the body through exercise, diet, and supplementation. She easily transfers this knowledge to her clients regardless of their initial physical condition

Love of fitness

Latreal’s love of fitness started at the age of 18. She started aggressively pursuing exercise and forming sound nutritional habits and has never wavered from her healthy lifestyle. Even while involved in a corporate America career, she would let nothing interfere with teaching aerobics classes and training others. But her overriding dream is always to help others to also become fit and, therefore, enjoy a better quality of life. Before going exclusively private with her training practice, she last worked at Equinox Fitness Clubs. There she was personal training manager and a Tier 3+ personal trainer herself, a designation by Equinox reserved only for those who have achieved the highest levels of education and experience

Founder and CEO of Fitness Bunch Foundation

She has created an animated team of children known as The Fitness Bunch™. They serve as worldwide “Agents” empowering children to exercise, make healthy eating choices, and live a full, active life. The “Agents”, led by Kidd Fantastic ™, encourage children to find their own super hero inside. Check out the website at www.fitnessbunch.org
