Most people fail in their new food or workout programs because they have no one to hold them accountable. If you want to be successful with your plan then you should seriously consider on-line coaching. Coaching can be added to your current training plans as an ongoing compliance system or periodically in order to push beyond current plateaus or prepare you for specific events in the near future (i.e., marathons, weddings, general weight loss, reunions, etc.). You will have a once a week 30 minute consultation with Latreal and weekly modifications to your program with unlimited client initiated email contact. This program is centered on helping you set-up a training system to fit you. This program is perfect for the individual who needs accountability, wants results, and would like to get the most out of their online experience.

On-line Nutrition Coaching

“You are what you eat” and a good fitness program and nutrition program go hand in hand. You will have a once a week 30 minute consultation with Latreal. This program will help you in reviewing what you eat during the week and how to make better choices. A meal program will be provided for you with food recommendations. This program is perfect for someone that wants to make a permanent lifestyle change and wants lasting weight lost.

On-line Nutrition and Personal Training Coaching

You will get the best of both worlds with this program, its a customized meal and workout plan. You will have a one hour weekly consultation with Latreal and weekly modifications as needed. You will have unlimited client initiated email contact. This program is centered on helping you set-up a training system to fit you.

On-line 30 Minute Nutrition or General Consultation

This is a general 30 minute consultation to discuss what program is best for you and answer any questions you may have.

On-line Nutrition and Personal Training Coaching

This program is a customized meal and workout plan for busy executives on the go. You will have a daily (based on a 5 day work week)15-20 minute consultation with Latreal when you are on the road. We will discuss the best options at the airport, on the plane and based on the equipment in the hotel what your workouts will be. You can no longer use travel as an excuse to not be in the best shape of your life. Healthy options are available and I will support you all the way.

Bikini & Figure Competitor Program

I was a figure competitor for many years and when I first started, I did everything wrong. I thought because I was a trainer and had been in the fitness industry for so many years that I had it all figured out. My 1st show I made it through thetraining, the dieting, had the perfect suits made (so I thought) and still wasn’t fully prepared. When I went on stage, my muscles weren’t full enough, I wasn’t dark enough, I had absolutely no idea how to pose correctly and my suitswhere horrendous. I didn’t place in that show and I cried and cried, because Icouldn’t understand after I worked so hard, how could I not place? Well, I am a competitor and I never like to be defeated, so I put in more research and really started to take things a lot more seriously.
There a few key things you need to know before preparing to present yourself on that stage:
  1. How to diet correctly (food preparation)
  2. How to exercise properly
  3. How to pose
  4. How to do model turns
  5. How to pick the right suits for your body type, and how they should be cut
  6. How to do your make-up & hair
  7. Tanning (what products to use, when to start using them)
  8. Shoes, Accessories, etc…
  9. How to be prepared mentally for the competition
  10. How to be confident on stage

There is a lot of preparation and work that goes into preparing for a show and I can help you get through it. I can only be a tool that you use to win, but the real hard work is up to you. Winning is starting and finishing what you set out to do and knowing that you did your best. If you can say that you did your best, and didn’t deviate from the plan, then you have won.

One thing I have learned is that you can’t do it alone, and majority of the people around you will not understand the level of dedication and commitment that goes into preparing for a show. You need to be surrounded and coached by people who understand everything you are going through and that’s where I comes in.
